  4. SELLER’S PROPERTY CONDITION DISCLOSURE FORM
  5. ENROLL SELLER IN FREE HOME WARRANTY

*WHEN AN OFFER HAS BEEN ACCEPTED, THE SELLER CAN EXPECT AN ENGINEER’S REPORT PAID BY THE BUYER TO BE DONE WITHIN 72 HOURS
*THE SELLER’S ATTORNEY WILL DRAW UP CONTRACTS
*THE SELLER WILL NEED COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING FOR THEIR ATTORNEY:
